Our stay is good and remarkably memorable because we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniverssary! The amenities are new and clean, and the pool is quite big compared to Kingsford hotel! And the hotel also waived their mandatory P2000 deposit upon our check-in just for that stay 😮💨😮💨 but overall me and my family enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is huge and beautiful . Nice stuff and very clean. I was dissapointed with food only . We ordered ceasar salad without any adds on and when our salad arrived they put pork and there was no mention in the menu as well the salad have pork and we are muslim . I hope the management can put the details of the food correctly so muslim like us cannot order wrong food thinking that it was safe for us to eat because it was only salad and we told the server no adds on but we pork was served in front of us.

翌日のフライトが午後すぐのため、空港付近エリアの宿を探し、できたばかりのこちらを選びました。立地はあまり良くないものの、館內施設が充実しているのと、オカダマニラや2つのモールへのアクセスが良いので退屈しません。チェックイン後すぐ子供達はプールを堪能し、その後SMモールでサンセットを見ながら海沿いを散歩し（運良く花火も上がりました）、ご飯を食べ、スーパーに行き、渋滯に合うこともなくホテルに戻ることができ、マニラ滯在最終日の楽しい思い出を作ることができました。唯一殘念だったのは、朝食に入る行列が長いのと、料理の補充が間に合っていなかった點でしたが、宿泊者人數が多いせいでしょう。何より、施設が新しくきれいで快適なのと、ドアマンやポーターなどが最近のホテルではあまり見られないほど丁寧でフレンドリーな対応をされていて、寫真も撮ってくださり、空港へは渋滯もなくスムーズに到著し（時間があえば無料シャトルバスもあり）、お値段以上のホテルだったと思います。朝食の改善は今後に期待しつつ、また宿泊したいです。

To complete my holiday in the Philippines, I stayed at the Grand Westside Manila Bay. I was genuinely impressed by the beauty of the hotel. It has a wonderful ambiance, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Likewise, the in-room food service option were fantastic. My only disappointment was that there was no box of tissues in the room, which I needed for my cold. Additionally, my neighbors and their children were quite loud, and since the walls in my room were not soundproof, it wasn't easy to find some peace and quiet. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila, and I look forward to staying here again during my next holiday in the city.

호텔은 전체적으로 좋았지만 음식은 취향따라 틀리지만 저와 일행에겐 그닥 맞지않았고 직원들은 너무 친절하고 호텔도 청결해세 좋았어요. 쇼핑이나 식당을 가려면 나가는건 문제없지만 돌아오는건 택시 기사들이 호텔위치를 잘 모르는거. 전체적으론 맘에 들어요

Nice amenities super nice ng scent ng hotel na to yun una kong na notice pag pasok pa lang ng lobby😊 then all of the Staffs are friendly and nakaka good vibes kasi lagi silang naka smile with greetings. super saya ng stay namin here with my family super nag enjoy mga kiddos especially sa pool area super nice and wide. Thank you Grand Westside hotel! ✨😊

stay 3day 2nights. nung first day namen. okay lang sama namen anak namen sa adult pool. kase hnd kame makastay sa kiddie pool kase malamig. ung adult pool nila medyo warm water kaya dun kam nagsstay. pero nung ika 2nd day namen. pinagbabawalan na ng staff ung may mga kasamang bata na pumunta sa adult pool. dun lang pwede magstay sa kiddie pool. ung may mga kasamang bata. kaya saglit lang kame. umalis dn kame agad. kase malamig ung tubig sa kiddie pool. overall okay naman. ung sa pool lang.

Grand Westside Hotel is the newest hotel in the Bay area so we gave it a try. GOOD: 1. Would like to thank Ms. Gamboa, FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. She was hands on the whole time and we saw her going around making sure the guests were assisted during this high occupancy weekend. Salute👍🏽! 2. Cafe by Westside was elegantly designed and was bright with tall windows. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to enjoy different food options. I liked their cheese and charcuterie stations. 3. Complimentary Sauna and Steam room facilities for both male and female was very relaxing. Not common these days in hotels in the same star category. 4. Location is great being walkable to Okada and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. COULD BE MPROVED: 1. Not for hotel guests with huge suitcases for multi day use. The common rooms are very petite. No space to open a large suitcase. Or you can book the end corner units which are Executive Suites which are double the size of the common rooms. 2. The flimsy plastic white shower curtains make the toilet feel like a dormitory common shower. Since the hotel did not spend on the shower enclosures, there are thicker fabric shower curtains with more upscale texture and design. 3. As a brand new hotel, we were surprised that the room TVs are NOT smart/internet units. When the time comes, please install Smart TV for watching guests' subscription channels. Will we come back, sure but will book the executive room to have a better stay experience.
